The staff are very friendly and remembered me from my previous stay. As I arrived they gave me an item I had left behind almost a year before. This a hotel to remember in an excellent location in The Old Town, close to the river. I recommend taking a river trip.

The location was great, really easy to find as you can't miss the restaurant. There is an intercom after the restaurant closes so you can access the reception at all times. It is all pedestrian around the front, so worth bearing in mind if you have luggage. The room on the top floor was really spacious, with comfy seating and good storage for a short trip. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is truly authentic to the Old Town.

A great hotel room in a traditional Polish building. The room was very spacious and came complete with a mini bar and tea and coffee, also a complimentary bottle of water. The shower was hot and powerful and also in the bathroom was a hair dryer, which my wife informs me was excellent. The hotel itself is in the heart of the old town, about 40 metres from Neptune's fountain with excellent restaurants right on the doorstep. I have to Compliment the staff on their service and helpfulness, they even let you store your bags before check in and after checking out. All in all an excellent stay and I'd readily book Holland house again when we next visit this beautiful place.

Very cozy hotel. Antique furniture and dim lighting in the corridors create a mysterious and romantic atmosphere. The room was quite spacious, clean, with all amenities and with a beautiful view of the central square. The bed is very comfortable and big. If we are in Gdansk again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Right in the center of old town. 10-15 minutes from SKM station. Close to all sorts of bars, pubs and restaurants.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town. Ordered a taxi to and from the airport through the hotel which went very smoothly at an acceptable cost. The hotel is full of character with it's wooden beams and floors. We had a 4th floor double room which was perfect, especially for the New Year fireworks. Our double window opened up to the Old Town of Dlugi Targ Street. Breakfast is served in the ground floor restaurant and although it's from a menu you are served with your own mini buffet style breakfast, a choice of tea and coffees and juice...excellent! The waitress is adorable, very friendly and told us about their front of house guy who wears a different outfit every day, definitely worth looking out for!

Location was excellent right in the old town square, we didnt eat at the Hotel but the food looked good. The rooms were a decent size as hotel rooms go and the bathroom was good.

Wonderful hotel in an amazing location. Clean facilities and welcoming staff who honored our request for a room with a view. Perfect for couples, the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel has an amazing collection of cocktails. Would highly suggest to anyone who is coming to stay in Gdansk and wishes to have everything within walking distance such as shops, restaurants and historical sites.

Great location right on Ulica Dluga. The room was large with tons of charm. Big, beautiful windows looking out onto the street. You are right in the middle of all the action. The staff was great too. There is no AC but they have fans and it doesn’t get too hot there. Only drawback is it is very noisy at all hours because you are on the main tourist street. As long as you are OK with that it’s a great spot. We really enjoyed our visit.
